Practice to your heart’s content. Monthly Unlimited Autopay gives you access to unlimited regularly-scheduled yoga and meditation classes, all for just $139 per month.

Overview of contract conditions:

• $139/month with autopay from a credit or debit card on file.
• May be paused one time per year for up to 30 days.
• 30 days notice prior to your payment date is required for cancellation of membership
• Membership and service sharing is prohibited.
• Eligible for member perks (see below).

Contract Overview

Contract Duration and Automatic Renewal

• Monthly Unlimited Autopay contract is in force for 12 months from the Contract Start Date, with automatic renewal for each subsequent month, unless cancelled by email with notification 30 days in advance of the next billing date.

Introductory Pricing

• If a new monthly unlimited autopay membership is subject to a special price for the first three months, after the first three months, the monthly unlimited autopay price will return to original autopay price per month.

Cancellations

• Cancellation of Contract may be made 30 days prior to next billing date.
• Cancellations may be made in writing via email to hello@sutrastudio.com 30 days in advance of the next billing date. (example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 14th and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must submit a cancellation request by January 14th.)

Late Fees

• SUTRA will notify you if your payment fails to authorize for any reason. A $30 late fee will apply if valid payment  information is not provided within 10 calendar days of the notification date.

SUTRA Deactivation of Contract

• SUTRA will deactivate an account if it becomes more than 30 calendar days late, and may charge a $108 reactivation fee in addition to the contract price to reinstate.
• If autopayment fails two times during the contract, membership will be terminated if payment fails a third month. Reinstatement fees apply, and new membership will be available at the current monthly rate, with 3 months due up front.

Pausing

• To pause your Monthly Unlimited Autopay, a completed request must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective for the following month. Billing date is based on your activation date listed below.
• Students enrolled in the Monthly Unlimited Autopay program may elect to pause their autopay charges once per contract year according to the policy below:
  • Contract may be paused once a year for up to 30 days.
  • To request the pause, notification in writing must be received 30 days prior to your next billing date for the pause to take effect. Please send your request via email to hello@sutrastudio.com
  • Following the end of your requested freeze period, your monthly autopay will automatically be reactivated. Your autopay schedule may be cancelled at any time after your initial 12 month commitment within the cancellations  window. (30 days prior to billing date)

Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees: Client agrees to pay monthly recurring fees as follows:

• via Client authorized automatic credit or debit card charges.
• Payment in monthly increments by any means other than Client’s credit or debit card is not permitted.

• I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 30 calendar days late, and reactivation fees may apply if I choose to reactivate contract.

Contract Duration and Automatic Renewal

• Virtual Unlimited Autopay contract is in force for 12 months from the Contract Start Date, with automatic renewal for each subsequent month, unless cancelled by email, in writing, or through the Mind Body Interface, with notification 30 days in advance of the next billing date.
• Contract can not be canceled for the first 3 months from the purchase date. If cancellation is requested, you will still be charged for the remainder of the 3 months.
