Between: Client Name and SUTRA STUDIO LLC on Agreement Date for VIRTUAL UNLIMITED AUTOPAY

Contract Overview Unlimited regularly-scheduled Virtual/ Online yoga and meditation classes.

Contract Duration and Automatic Renewal

• VIRTUAL UNLIMITED AUTOPAY contract is in force for 12 months from the Contract Start Date, with automatic renewal for each subsequent month, unless canceled in writing by email, with notification 30 days in advance of the next billing date.

Billing

• Billing date is based on your activation date. (When you have registered for this contract in-person or via our website)

Cancellations

• Cancellation of Contract may be made 30 days prior to next billing date.

• Cancellations may be made in writing via email to hello@sutrastudio.com 30 days in advance of the next billing date. (example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 14th and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must submit a cancellation request by January 14th.)

Late Fees

• SUTRA will notify you if your payment fails to authorize for any reason. A $30 late fee will apply if valid payment information is not provided within 10 calendar days of the notification date.

SUTRA Deactivation of Contract

• SUTRA will deactivate an account if it becomes more than 30 calendar days late, and may charge a reinstatement fee of $50 in addition to any late fees or default payments. Reinstatement will be at the discretion of SUTRA for the current advertised rate.

  • If auto payment fails two times during the contract, membership will be deactivated.

  • If payment fails a third month - reinstatement fees apply, and new membership will be available at the current monthly rate, with 2 months due up front.

Pausing

• To pause your VIRTUAL UNLIMITED AUTOPAY, a completed request must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date in order for your request to be effective for the following month.

• Those enrolled in the VIRTUAL UNLIMITED AUTOPAY program may elect to pause their autopay charges once per contract year according to the policy below:

  • Contract may be paused once a year for up to 30 days.

  • To request the pause, notification in writing must be received 30 days prior to your next billing date for the pause to take effect. Please send your request via email to hello@sutrastudio.com

  • Following the end of your requested pause period, your monthly autopay will automatically be reactivated. Your autopay schedule may be canceled at any time after your initial 12 month commitment within the cancellations window. (30 days prior to billing date)

Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees: Client agrees to pay monthly recurring fees as follows:

• via Client authorized automatic credit or debit card charges.

• Payment in monthly increments by any means other than Client’s credit or debit card is not permitted.

• By providing my credit card information I am agreeing to the contract as set forth:

• I agree to purchase the VIRTUAL UNLIMITED AUTOPAY for $78 per month, as an automatic charge to my credit or debit card.

• I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit or debit card provided

• I understand that I will be notified if my payment fails to authorize for any reason, and that a $30 late fee will apply if I do not provide valid payment information within 10 calendar days of the notification date.

• I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 30 calendar days late, and reactivation fees may apply if I choose to reactivate the contract.
